PILATES Pilates is a form of exercise that strengthens the core, improves flexibility and balance, and aims to achieve proper posture. All of these elements build a stronger, more stable body to ease back pain, improve reflexes, and build long lean muscles. The session is taught on a mat using a stability ball. Private individual instruction is available.
